# Adoption guide

## Published project version

Community Garden · version 1 · unapproved design · published 2026\-10\-03T01:26:13\.048381\+00:00

## Operating permission

Recorded operating status: confirmed\. Filed evidence status at publication: missing\. Public design approval and publication do not verify site permission\.

## Local decisions and dependencies

Bob’s recorded owner decision sets the Community Garden’s site\-permission scope and conditions, including access to the designated garden area, beds, shed, water, outlet, cameras, and gatherings\. Bob may revoke site permission or an individual’s access at his discretion without advance notice\. Participants must follow the recorded site rules, clean up after themselves, and report hazards, injuries, or property damage to Bob\. Bob and the coordinating group still need to check and record the remaining operating dependencies\. The decision calls for Bob, the group, and the official program record to keep copies of the permission, with another copy posted inside the shed\. No separate operating\-permission evidence has yet been filed in ONPF, and the copy, distribution, and posting remain unverified\. Public availability and design approval do not verify these operating requirements\. A group adapting this guide must confirm its own site permission and local requirements\.

## Optional elements

Participants may choose whether to join informal gardening lessons, peer mentoring, shared potluck meals, and optional storage of personal tools on their labeled shed shelf\. Mentoring is an open offer of help: the program communicates volunteers’ willingness without screening, verifying, endorsing, or guaranteeing mentors or their information\. Participants and mentors arrange times directly\. The opening event, at least two shared potluck meals, and closing event remain planned parts of this pilot even though individual attendance is optional\. Each garden member attending a potluck brings a dish providing 50 servings and may bring up to three guests\. There is no plot fee; the meal contribution is separate from plot participation\. A group reusing this guide may adapt activities and schedules to its participants and resources, recording changes and confirming site permission where property use changes\. The garden’s recorded allocation and operating rules remain in effect unless a new owner decision changes them\.

## Adaptation history

The Community Garden documents were developed from the program’s inquiry responses, proposals, clarifications, and owner decisions\. Both designated decision owners approved Community Garden release 1 on 2 October 2026\. The current workspace also adopts the reusable Community Garden shared material, version 1, created from that release and offered under MIT\-0\. No adaptation from another program is recorded\.

A later owner decision confirmed two 1 m × 3 m beds with 12 plots, replacing the 1 m × 2 m dimensions in an earlier response and proposal; the original input remains in the private program history\. Clarifications incorporated into the documents address open mentoring, orientation at the opening meeting, the first\-aid kit, potluck contributions and guest limits, tool replacement responsibilities, donation acknowledgments, and feedback handling\.

The public\-publication preparation corrects lifecycle and reuse notices and makes unresolved operating checks explicit\. It does not change the recorded garden rules or the immutable text of release 1\. The adopted historical material preserves its original wording, including references to its drafting stage; its recorded approval applies only to that historical version\. Approval does not automatically carry forward to edited documents\. Future adopters should identify the exact source version, record local changes, and obtain the approvals required for their own version\.

## Release contents and notices

This public edition contains the Program overview, Adoption guide, Delivery guide, Reusable session plan, Volunteer guide, Resource and budget worksheet, and Feedback and evaluation tools, including their reusable forms, together with the budget CSV, license, notices, and metadata in the editable package\. These program documents are offered under MIT\-0\. The package also includes the adopted Community Garden shared material, version 1, from approved release 1; its MIT\-0 license and recorded notice remain attached\. No other adopted material or additional program media is included in this edition\.

The public version’s displayed status and the ONPF release record identify whether the exact version has design approval\. Publication and reuse permission do not verify operating permission\. Historical approved release 1 remains available as an unchanged record; its approval is not an approval of subsequent edits\.

Private responses and decision evidence, personal contact details, access credentials, specific cash\-storage details, identifiable feedback or incident records, and camera footage are excluded from this public edition\. Groups adding their own material must review it for personal information, permissions, licenses, and required notices before sharing an adapted version\.
